Overshadowed by the beaches, food and beautiful, fat domestic cats, lies Goa's unique wildlife. Fresh and brackish water systems, waterfalls, impeding Eastern Ghats, and the thick vegetation supports a large number of reptiles (especially gecko's), birds and amphibians.
